The forest surroundings were a character all by itself, and added to the menace felt in the film. I actually bought the original actors as a couple - by contrast while Claudia Karvan tries to do her best, the husband in the original seems to have wandered into this movie as if my accident! Fair play to the Director, Jamie Blanka for attempting a re-make, but he was clearly out of his depth here.thetruthhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10502712470422423075noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2467807781586384838.post-82314919223432484102010-05-03T19:05:49.430-07:002010-05-03T19:05:49.430-07:00I absolutely love the original, Carl. If there's going to be more remakes, I wish they could be in the vein of HILLS HAVE EYES wherein they're faithful, but manage to respectfully put there own spin on the subject.venoms5https://www.blogger.com/profile/13655919099947763891noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2467807781586384838.post-23019273423637800102010-05-03T18:24:55.459-07:002010-05-03T18:24:55.459-07:00Having not seen the original, I can say that I rea...Having not seen the original, I can say that I really enjoyed NATURES GRAVE, but I am all the more interested in seeing the original.
